General Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality service, working transparently and responsibly, based on trust and respect for all our collaborators. One way to improve our service is by responding positively to complaints and rectifying any errors.
We view complaints as an expression of dissatisfaction that requires an immediate response. Our goal is to ensure that every case is handled promptly, courteously, and confidentially. We will respond appropriately: offering an explanation, an apology when necessary, or providing information on the corrective measures taken. We use complaints as a learning tool to improve our service.
The purpose of the complaints procedure is to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently, and wherever possible, resolved to the claimant's satisfaction. This procedure is reviewed annually.
Scope and Procedure
This policy applies to complaints regarding the policies, procedures, or actions of the editorial staff of the journals managed by OmniaScience. To expedite the process, please include the following details in your complaint:

Article Title and Page Number
Resolution
The journal editor and the relevant OmniaScience manager will make every effort to resolve your complaint as quickly and appropriately as possible, always respecting the right of reply. To the extent possible, we will investigate complaints in a neutral manner, examining our systems to prevent the recurrence of errors. The investigation may include a request for statements from the involved parties.
The complaints policy covers, among others:
Complaints regarding authorship
Complaints regarding plagiarism
Multiple, duplicate, or concurrent publication / Simultaneous submission
Misappropriation of research results
Research errors and fraud
Violation of research standards
Undisclosed conflicts of interest
Reviewer bias or harmful reviews for competitive gain
The final decision regarding the removal of content rests with the journal. If a complaint is deemed groundless, the material will not be removed. Furthermore, even if a complaint is substantiated, the material will not be removed if a valid legal defense or exemption applies, such as fair use in copyright infringement cases or the truthfulness of a statement in defamation cases. The journal will fully document its investigation and the decision made.
We strive to ensure that all OmniaScience journals are of high quality and free from errors. However, we acknowledge that errors may occasionally occur.

Except in exceptional circumstances, every effort will be made to ensure confidentiality for both the complainant and OmniaScience. However, specific circumstances arising from the nature of the complaint may make it impossible to maintain full confidentiality (each case will be evaluated individually). Should this occur, the complainant will be informed of the situation.
